Workshops by Talli Tanya Fisher
Exploring what it means to belong, to create, and to be seen — especially when life takes you beyond familiar roles and places.

I had a successful career in law. And then life took me across countries and professions — from managing IP portfolios and properties, to tour guiding, running a gallery, and creating community events.
Each chapter taught me something about identity, belonging, and the roles we build our lives around.
Today I speak about self-authorship — the ability to remain yourself even when the roles around you change, and to navigate change, meaning, and visibility.

Workshops
Identity, belonging and authoring the expat lifestyle
What happens when life takes you out of familiar roles and environments? When your career, your country, and your sense of self all shift at once?
This workshop explores identity, belonging, and what it means to author yourself — to consciously shape who you are when the old definitions no longer fit. Through reflection and conversation, we'll unpack what we carry with us, what we leave behind, and what we choose to become.
From making art to being seen
Creating is one thing. Being seen is another. This workshop bridges the gap between the work you make and the world that encounters it.
Together, we'll explore how to articulate your creative voice, clarify your narrative, and build a presence that reflects the deeper meaning behind your work.
